Dogs, like humans, are social creatures who learn manners in their everyday interactions. Dogs learn lessons, not because they made us mad or hurt our feelings, but because of the experience they had during the lesson. Typically a gap between what humans “want” and what the dog “understands” exists; it’s our job to close that gap by teaching you and your dog to communicate.
Dawn & Lori provide more than just “dog training”, their style is life changing. Their “in your face” honesty is hard at first, but if you get over yourself long enough to think, you will realize they are working in your best interest, even if their words initially hurt. I originally called on them with an out of control St. Bernard that we bought on a whim. By the end of training, the puppy was ready to begin her new life with us. The training, although it included her, was different than a “typical dog training”, Dawn & Lori addressed problem behaviors that were starting in the home and carrying into the world. Once they helped me resolve what I wanted, I could work with her rather than just living with her. I would absolutely recommend Dawn & Lori to anyone, they understand people and dogs and taught me how to communicate with my puppy.

At MondouCu, we offer success based dog training from the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy to Basic & Advanced Obedience as well as specialty training including group and private training. Our training packages are designed for your success, by determining your interest level, we will help you succeed.
We are committed to making the relationship between dog and human as positive as possible. Each dog and human is an individual with different backgrounds that form who they are today. Because of this, we work with the differences rather than against them.

A quick note before you get too far... you will find MANY photos of German Shepherds on this site. We train all dogs, we live with German Shepherds. Usually, when we are training, we do not stop to take photos, we will try to do that more in the future.
